WARM WALKS - PRO VET

Warm Walks Pro for Veterinary Clinics is a community support program designed to help veterinary practices extend their impact beyond the clinic and into local dog shelters—without adding workload, sales pressure, or operational complexity.

Through this program, veterinary clinics help direct funding toward real, immediate shelter needs when clients choose a Warm Walks heated leash.

1. The clinic selects a shelter
   Each participating veterinary clinic chooses a local dog shelter or rescue they wish to support.
    
2. The clinic selects one care focus
   The clinic chooses one Community Care program to support:
    
   • Warm Shots – Shelter vaccinations
      
   • Warm Beginnings – Spay & neuter support
      
   • Warm Care Fund – Medical and emergency care
      

1. Clients purchase directly from Warm Walks
   A small informational Warm Walks leash display with a QR code may be placed at your front desk, allowing clients to learn more and purchase directly with a 10% discount, while each purchase triggers a $10 donation by Warm Walks to the shelter you’ve selected. Warm Walks leashes are never sold, stocked, or recommended by the clinic. Purchasing happens independently through Warm Walks.
    
2. Warm Walks donates on the clinic’s behalf
   For each leash sold, $10 is donated by Warm Walks to the clinic’s selected shelter, directed toward the chosen care focus.
    
3. Impact is shared back with the clinic
   Donations are made monthly or quarterly, with simple summaries provided so clinics can see the real community impact they helped guide.
    

Supports core vaccinations for dogs entering shelters, helping protect both shelter populations and adoptive families.

Helps reduce overpopulation by supporting spay and neuter procedures for shelter dogs.

Provides flexible support for injured, ill, or high-needs dogs requiring urgent medical attention.
